There is another garden for public enjoyment in the capital. Opened on Monday, June 29, the Jardim da Caixa Geral de Depósitos, located in the headquarters building of this bank, at Av. João XXI, 63.
Integrated in the programming of Lisbon European Green Capital 2020, this inauguration is part of the plan to open several green and leisure spaces of the city, which takes place throughout the year in which Lisbon has the title of European Green Capital.
In practice, the green space is open to the public every day between 9 am and 9 pm during summer, closing at 5:30 pm in winter. There, in addition to rest spaces, water plans and shadows, you will find an artistic script, with a tour of the various sculptures that are scattered throughout the garden.
