Do you smoke? Don’t trow cigarette butts on the ground.
Law No. 88/2019 to reduce the impact of cigarette butts, cigars or other cigarettes on the environment approves measures for the collection and treatment of tobacco waste and punishes fines between 25 and 250 € who throw cigarette butts on the public road.
Feira da Luz postponed to 2021
Between 4 and 28 September, the space where the fairers usually will receive an exhibition with 20 photographs. The idea is to relive past editions and remember some of the best moments.
Latin American Market, in Cascais
The “Mercado da Vila” in Cascais welcomes the rhythms and Latin flavors with another edition of the Latin American Market. Happening over the weekends of September to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
The Mercado da Vila receives so every weekend a program that crosses the traditions of that geographical area of the planet, from dance to music, through handicrafts and, of course, the gastronomy that fills the measures, all with the support of embassies of 13 countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela.
The market starts from 18.00 to Fridays, and is then open between 10.00 and 22.00 on Saturdays and 11.00 and 20.00 on Sundays.

Lisbon Boat Fest returns to the Tagus already this Sunday
The city’s new summer festival, which brought together about 200 people in more than 20 boats in early August, is back for a second edition. If you still don’t know what we’re talking about, here’s the idea: just buy a ticket, which includes private boat for yourself and your family or friends, and join all the other groups in the Tagus in the early afternoon. The second edition of Lisbon Boat Fest takes place already this Sunday, September 6, between 12.30 and 17.00.
Tickets, from 40€ per person, are only sold in packs, which correspond to the minimum capacity of each vessel and different types of boat, from the most classic to the most extravagant and luxurious
