There are more than 100 artists on the poster of the electronic music festival that will take place in Portimão in 2021.
The Electric Daisy Carnival is one of the biggest music festivals in the world and we already knew that next year editon would arrive have place in Portugal. The event, known simply as EDC, will take place at Praia da Rocha, in Portimão, between June 18 and 20, 2021.
Now more than 100 artists have been confirmed for the festival — and we are still in the first phase of confirmations. Tiësto, Alesso, Armin Van Buuren, Diplo, Marshmello, Maceo Plex, Don Diablo, Eric Prydz, Richie Hawtin, Netsky, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and DJ Snake are some of the main highlights in the lineup.
In total, the event will have more than 140 artists. Tickets, pre-sale with a deposit of €20, are priced from €129 and VIP passes will be available from €199. The festival originates in Las Vegas, USA, but also has editions in Orlando and countries such as Mexico, China and Japan. In 2014 there was a first foray into Europe, in the UK.
